If Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) have canceled classes or activities due to weather, it may still be possible to have your psychotherapy appointment either in-person or virtually. If you don’t hear from Drew that your appointment has been canceled or moved to telehealth, you can assume that it will take place as scheduled. In the event of LPS closure due to weather conditions, you may choose to cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice without penalty even if Drew is still available in-person or virtually. However, it will be necessary for you to contact Drew to inform him of your choice prior to the scheduled start of your appointment. Failing to do so will constitute a no-show and the no-show fee will be assessed.
If there is a need to cancel Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes for weather or other reasons, Drew will contact you by email to inform you of this decision and remind you of the prearranged rain date for that class.
